No Tracking: We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking tools
No Location Data: We do not collect or track your location
No Contact List Access: We do not access your contacts or address book
How Your Data is Stored
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device using:
SwiftData: Apple’s native data persistence framework
Device Storage: All cases, clients, documents, hearings, and deadlines are saved only on your iPhone or iPad
Important:
Your data never leaves your device except through standard iOS backups that you control.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers an optional Professional subscription through Apple’s In-App Purchase system:
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple
We receive only anonymous transaction information necessary to verify your subscription status
