We are committed to protecting your privacy and have designed the App to minimize data collection. The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment advice.

1. Who We Are

Stocks Analytics AI is an iOS application that provides market data, watchlists, portfolio tracking, price alerts, earnings reminders, news, and AI-generated market commentary for publicly listed equities (US, BIST, XETRA, LSE, EPA, TSE, HKEX, SSE, AMEX, TSX) and cryptocurrencies.

2. Summary at a Glance

• Account model: Anonymous. No email, password, name, or social login is required. Each install is identified by an automatically generated UUID.
• What is stored on your device: Watchlist, portfolio holdings, transactions, price alerts, cached quotes, app preferences, recent searches, and a session token in the iOS Keychain.
• What is stored on our servers (Supabase): A copy of your watchlist, portfolio, transactions, alerts, notification preferences, locale, timezone, push device token, and subscription status.
• Third parties that receive data: Supabase (backend), Apple (push notifications, In-App Purchases), Yahoo Finance and Marketaux (market and news data — no personal data sent), Groq (AI summarization — only ticker symbols and percent changes), Financial Modeling Prep and Finnhub (sector and earnings reference data — no personal data sent).
• Tracking: No advertising identifiers (IDFA), no third-party analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, no cookies, no fingerprinting.
• Children: The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
• Your rights: You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
