Q: How do the AI predictions work?
A: Volleyball Analytics AI uses advanced machine-learning models (powered by Groq and Google Gemini) to analyze recent team form, set ratios, head-to-head history, standings position, and home-court advantage. The engine combines a local statistical model with an AI layer to produce match outcome predictions, set scores, and tactical insights.
Q: How do I manage my subscription?
A: You can manage your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or change your plan at any time. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Q: Why can't I see live scores?
A: Please ensure you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, try pulling down on the match list to refresh the data. Live scores depend on the upstream volleyball data provider β brief outages on their side may cause temporary gaps.
Q: How do I restore my purchase?
A: If you have previously purchased a subscription but can't access premium features, open the Paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed.
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: Since payments are processed by Apple, all refund requests must be made directly through Apple's "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Q: Why does the app ask for notification permission?
A: Notifications are used for pre-match reminders, first-serve alerts, set-break updates, point/set change alerts on live matches, and final match results. All notification categories can be individually toggled in Settings β Notifications inside the app.
